STRUCTURE
The organizational structure of Chi Upsilon Sigma includes a conglomerate of professional women who dedicate themselves to the advancement and growth of the organization. These women focus on empowering and supporting our members through effective communication, motivation, and leadership initiatives. They are responsible for making sound decisions and fostering positive relationships within and beyond the organization. The leadership of our organization encourages the professional and personal advancement of its members and the success of its chapters.
Chi Upsilon Sigma National Latin Sorority, Inc. is structured with a Board of Trustees that creates the strategic direction that the Grand Chapter Board follows. Each Regional Board is responsible for the day-to-day responsibilities required to manage the respective chapters in their regions.
